What is SEO? Search Engine Optimization is a technique which helps search engines, such as Google, Yahoo, Bing and others, find and rank your website higher than millions of other sites on the web. SEO helps move your site up the search engine ranking, therefore helps you get more visitors which leads to more sales.

If you search for something in Google, how far do you go? How many pages do you look at? The typical user looks at the first and second page of results before they try another search. The goal of SEO is to get your site on the first page of the search engines to gain the most exposure.

Keyword Research

Keyword Research is really an art. If you choose the correct keywords you can be swimming in traffic, but if you choose the wrong keywords you can actually lose rank in Google. That is why I devote most of my time finding the most relevant keywords with the best results.

Meta Tag Optimization

Meta Tag Optimization includes a variety of meta tags but the most relevant are the title, description, and keyword meta tags. These tags are extremely important to optimize correctly. Not only are your customers going to be seeing the contents of the title and description tags, but they play a very important role in securing a good spot in Googles search for your specific keywords.

Header Tags often get overlooked if you are a beginner at SEO or a business owner that heard about SEO from somewhere and just tried to do it themselves. Luckily for my clients I know all about header tags and how they play an important role in Google's ranking

Alt Text for Images allows the search engines insight on what the images are showing. Search engine robots cannot actually see the images on your site, but they sure love reading text. Every so often during the SEO process I will give you another Ranking Report showing the progress of how our SEO campaign is helping you rank using those keywords.

Search Engine Submission

One of the first things that needs to be done after building your site is submitting your site to the search engines. If you have just created your new site, I will submit your site to the main search engines Google, Yahoo, Bing. If your site has already been online for some time, I will make sure that your site is showing up in the search engines index.

Directory Submission

A very important part of SEO is having good quality backlinks. A great way to start adding backlinks to your site is to submit your site to as many paid and free directories as you can. I will make sure that your site gets submitted to thousands of directories for best results.

XML Sitemap

Over time, search engines will end up finding your site and indexing your pages. But having control over what search engines find, and to make sure they find all your pages is very important. If your not indexed in the search engines you won't be found in the searches. This is where site maps come in. Creating a proper sitemap and submitting your site maps to the proper places allows you to control how and when the search engines find your site.

Hyper link and URL optimization

Hyper links and URL's play a good role in ranking high in the search engines. I will go over your site and give suggestions on how your website Hierarchy can be modified to give better results in the searches.

Competitor Backlink Analysis

In order to reach the top, you have to go through the one's who are already there. I will do an in depth competitor analysis to find out how they got to the top and what you need to do in order to pass them.

Landing Page Optimization

Landing pages can be very useful to get your products or services out there. A Landing Page is a specially created page that focuses on one or two major products or services. These are pages that may already be in your site or pages that are created specifically for the use of SEO. I will go over your Landing Pages or suggest to create Landing Pages in order to give you the best exposure on the web.

Link Building Strategy

Link Building is one of the most important parts of SEO if you haven't heard already. Basically the more links you have on other sites linking to yours the better. I will come up with a link building strategy that will best suit your needs. This is a very time intensive part of SEO but by far gives the best results. If someone offers thousands of backlinks in no time, or by using a generator of some sort, you are not getting the best bang for your buck and in fact may give you a LOWER ranking in the search engines. Just like Keyword Research, Backlinks are an art and need special care. The more quality links, the higher your site shows on the search engines.

Article Submission

Another part of a Backlink Strategy is to create good quality articles the link back to your site. These articles can be seen and used by anybody and the more people that use them the better. I will create quality articles to help you see your ranking soar!

Google Webmaster Tools

A great way to see how your site is doing on the web, what keywords people are using to find your site, and to submit your site maps is to have a Google Webmaster Tools account. I will open an account for your and give you training on how to use it.

Google Analytics

If there is something every website should have, it should have a way to track how many users are coming to your site. Google Analytics is just that and more. With a Google Analytics account you can not only track how many people are visiting your site, but you can also track where they are from, how long they stay on your site, what browser they visited your site from, the list goes on. This is a very powerful tool that is a necessity for any site.
